To give a call to Dimitri after my car broke down was probably one of my best choices I ever made. No joke. He helped me not only with towing, but he also called a friend to diagnose my car's problem and helped me find a mechanic to fix it. I was literally one little step to book flight back home. All day I asked him who is he and why is he helping me. And you know what? All people in Total Recoveries are really nice. I even met Dimitri's lovely family. I'm just writing this for you to believe that I was really real stranger at first. But because of Dimitri's attitude they all became my friends. You know, if I would be reading this message, I wouldn't believe so much positivity. But because I'm writing it I can tell you one thing. I wasn't only towed. I met amazing people. Provided us assistance to tow my car in Johnsonville which was stuck trickily with bumper lodged in another car’s tow hook. The truck arrived within just half an hour for what was a short notice request and helped us out of the situation. Great service, recommended!

They had a miss in the system in regards to our delivery of a caravan. Missed out on my note about a very steep drive way in waitakere ranges. I had pointed out that it was not possible to tow the caravan up the driveway, this was why we needed their help. However, they sent 3 different trucks to help us out with this problem and the last guy turned out to be the hero and got it up. These guys went out of their way to sort their mistake and did not even charge us extra for those hours they spend. I would highly recommend this company since they care about their jobs.
